Irene (Ferguson) Hayes

Irene Ferguson Hayes, 85, of Morristown passed away Tuesday, January 16, at Morristown Hamblen Hospital.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Mack Hayes, Sr.; son, Mack Hayes, Jr.; daughter, Phyllis Kay Price; father, Allen Ferguson; mother, Daisy Ferguson and several brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her son, Roger Hayes (Kendra); daughters, Alice (David) Duck, Mary  (Bobby)Sexton; two brothers, Allen Ferguson, Jr. and Lowell Ferguson; grandchildren, Chayme Garretson, Chad Garretson, Darrell Sexton, Joshua Hayes, Leslie Marshall, Tammy Shephard, Darlene Sizemore, Shalain Price, Trinity Talley, Kaleigh Talley and Kaiden Talley; great-grandchildren, Allyson Houchins, Aliah Garretson, Ethan Sexton, Landon Sexton, Sam Haas and several other great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 7:00 Friday, January 19, 2018 in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home prior to the funeral service at 7:00 with Alonzo Collins officiating.  Graveside services will be 11:00 am Saturday, January 20, 2018 at New Home Cemetery located in Newport, Tn.
