Wilma "Jean" (Bunch) Buchanan

Wilma Jean (Bunch) Buchanan, age 78, passed away peacefully November 17 at home surrounded by her loving husband Kenneth and her beloved caregivers Alan and Susan Drinnon. Wilma was preceded in death by her parents Jessie and Bonnie Bunch, her sister Betty Drinnon, and brothers-in-law Johnny Lee Drinnon, Eddie Bussell, and Joe Bussell.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years Kenneth Buchanan, special nephew Alan Drinnon (Susan), in-laws Steven Bussell (Mary Knight), Bob Bussell (Donna), Paul Bussell (Gloria), Lynn Bussell (Rolena), Henley Bussell (Gladys), Dorothy Rudd (Ed), Darlene (Randy) Gregg, special niece Danyelle Williams, special nephew Ridge Drinnon, and many other special relatives and friends who always considered Wilma to be their family too.

The family will receive friends at Allen Funeral Home Tuesday , November 21, from 5-7 p.m. with funeral at 7 p.m. with Reverend Mike Overholt officiating.  Graveside service and interment will be Wednesday, November 22, at 1 p.m. in Hamblen Memory Gardens.

The family would like to thank the staff of Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice Kingsport for all the loving care that they provided to Wilma.
