Billy Frank Lane

Billy Frank Lane, 78, of Morristown, passed away, peacefully, on June 4, 2019, with family by his side. He was a member of Catherine Nenney Baptist Church.  

Bill Drove for Roadway Express for 27 years.  He was an avid Nascar fan and had a passion for Harley’s and horses.  He loved to laugh, and he loved people.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents Robert M. Lane & Pauline Fawbush Talley; brothers, Ronnie, Tony and Bobby Lane.  

Bill is survived by June Lane, the mother of his children and beloved caretaker; sons Billy Ray Lane (Linda) and Frankey D. Lane (April); daughter Debra Vaught (Patrick); grandchildren, April Lane Kesterson, Savannah Lane and Presley Vaught; brothers, Lynn Lane and Jerry Lane, of Boynton Beach , FL; and several nieces and nephews. 

The family would like to say a special thank you to the loving caretakers and staff at the Heritage Center, as well as, Smokey Mountain Home Health and Hospice.  

Entombment Services will be held 2pm, Thursday, June 6, 2019, in the Hamblen Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
