Clifford W. Owens

Cliff Owens, 56, went to be with His Lord and Savior Wednesday, January 1, 2020, at his home in Russellville.  He was a United States Army Veteran.  He was saved in July of 2004 at Sunrise Missionary Baptist Church in Rutledge, TN, where he also became a faithful member.  

He was preceded in death by his father, Clifford Ogle; stepfather, Ray Kelly; and brothers, Lee and Jerry Owens.

He is survived by his wife, of 24 years, Donna Sparks Owens; children, James Adam O’Dell, Rebecca Wagner, Matthew Owens, and Heather Mullins; 4 grandchildren; mother, Edna Mullenax; brothers, Larry and Ray Owens; as well as several nieces and nephews. 

The Family will receive friends 5-7 PM, Monday, January 6, 2020 in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home.  Funeral services will follow the visitation at 7 PM, with the Reverend Darrall Walker officiating.  Interment will be  9:30 AM, Wednesday, January 8, 2020 in East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, Knoxville, TN.
