Doris Ena (Watts) Greeme

Doris Greene, 92, of Morristown, passed away peacefully Tuesday, October 30, 2018.  Doris was born in Southampton, England and came to America in 1946.  She was saved and baptized at War Creek Baptist Church in Sneedville, Tn.   Doris was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Greene; parents, sister and brothers.

She is survived by her son Dennis (Edna) Greene and daughter, Rita (Johnny) Lane; grandchildren, Tammy Lane Ripley, Denise Masoner and Donna Lakins; great-grandchildren, Lane, Lydia, Isabel and Braxton.

The family would like to thank the staff at Life Care of Morristown for the care and compassion shown to our family during this difficult time. 

The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Friday, November 2, 2018 in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home prior to the service at 7:00 with Raymond Estes and Johnny Lawson officiating. Graveside services will be 11:00 am Saturday, November 3, 2018 in Bethesda Cemetery. 

Allen Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
