Mary June (Sutton) Davis

Mary June Davis, of Morristown went to be with the Lord Monday, February 18, 2019 at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center after suffering from a stroke.  She was a member of Peace Free Will Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Albert Sefus Sutton; sister, Linda Marie Jessee, and nephew Paul Steven (Stevie) Jessee.

Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Ronnie Lee Davis; son, Ronnie Lee (Robin) Davis II; grandchildren, Ashley (Zachary) Reno and Dakoda Lee Davis; great-grandson, Dominik LeeRea Whaley; mother, Lena Flo Sutton; siblings, Patricia Ann Dye, Connie Sue Short, Terry (Rita) Sutton, Robin Elaine Sutton, Brian (Cynthia) Sutton; brother-in-law, Jimmie (Jennifer) Davis; special friends, Jeannie Cutshall, Betty, Joyce and Patty and many others.  

Mary was a wonderful daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and friend.  She was an extremely kind hearted and generous person who loved her family deeply.  She loved cats, reading books and working puzzles.  She was loved by many and will truly be missed.  

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 Friday, February 22, 2019 at Peace Freewill Baptist Church prior to the service at 8:00 with Reverend Chris Dodson officiating.   Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, February 23, 2019 in the Mausoleum in Hamblen Memory Gardens.
