Mignon Adkins

Mignon Adkins, 93, of Whitesburg, went to be with the Lord October 4, 2018.  She was a longtime member of Morristown Church of Christ.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Adkins; and son, Raymond Gary Adkins.   

Survivors include: her daughters, Nina R. Phillips of Indianapolis, IN and Diana Taylor of Charleston, SC; son, Jeffrey (Paula) Adkins of Richmond, KY; 4 grandchildren;1 great-grandson; as well as many very special friends.  

The family will receive friends from 5-7, Saturday, October 6, 2018 in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will be 2pm, Sunday, October 7, 2018 in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home with Rev. Blaine Kelley officiating.  Interment will be 12pm, Monday October 8, 2018 in Hamblen Memory Gardens.
