Norma Turner Wisecarver, 80, of Morristown passed away Monday, April 22, 2019. She was a member of Noe’s Chapel United Methodist Church and retired from the Tennessee Department of Transportation after 38 years. Her Family was the love of her life and she will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years Jerry Wisecarver; infant son Gary Lynn Wisecarver; parents Frank and Launa Turner; brothers Neil (Billie Ruth) Turner and Jimmy Turner; step-father Calvin Mason; father and mother-in-law Cecil and Ina Wisecarver; and brothers-in-law Leonard Newsom and Harlod Bible.
Survivors include her sons, Mike (Salva) Wisecarver and Mark (Sandra) Wisecarver; daughter, Marsha (Perry) Warren; grandchildren, Mark Wisecarver Jr., Sarah (David) Gulley, Kellina (Wes) Hudson, Maceo Wisecarver, Rustin Jones, Shelby (William) Broyles, Dustin (Krissy) Warren, and Kody Warren; 9 Great Granchildren; sister, Patsy Newsom; step-brother, Wayne (Barbara) Mason; step-sister, Connie (Claude) Hill; brother-in-law, Terry (Bobbie) Wisecarver; sister-in-law, Nancy Bible; as well as several nieces and nephews.
The Family will receive friends from 2-4pm, Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Noe’s Chapel United Methodist Church. Funeral Services will follow the visitation with Reverends Dennis Loy and Amy Sumrall officiating. Interment will follow the funeral services in Noe’s Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery.
