Norman Rickey Johns

Norman Rickey Johns, 60, went to be with the Lord Sunday, June 23, 2019, at Morristown Hamblen Healthcare System after a lengthy illness.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Gaston and Mary Johns.

He is survived by his brothers Gary Johns and Danny (Charlotte) Johns; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. 

Special thanks to his caregivers at the Caregivers of Tennessee; especially Beth Johnston, Billy Mathis, Kim Taylor, Ashley Roberts and Mellissa Lanzafame.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the organization for Autism Research.

Funeral services are planned for 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 26, 2019 in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 3:00 prior to the service.   Reverend Larry Parrott will officiate the services.  Interment will follow in Hamblen Memory Gardens.

Allen Funeral Home in Morristown is in charge of arrangements.
