Robert "Bobby" Joe Horner

Robert Joe “Bobby” Horner of Whitesburg passed away Thursday, January 24, 2019 at his home.  He was 78 years old.  He was a life-long skilled carpenter who left his mark on the Morristown area.

Bobby is survived by his wife of 60 years, Sara; children, Jeff (Kim) Horner and Patti Horner; beloved granddaughter, Casey Coyne; aunt and uncle Ernestine and Charles Gray; several cousins, nieces and nephews.  

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 Saturday, January 26, 2019 in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home.  Graveside services are planned for 2:00 pm Sunday, January 27, 2019 in Bent Creek Cemetery with Reverend Dannie Bell officiating.  

The family would like to thank UT Hospice; especially Sarah and Stacey.  A very special thank you to caregiver, Sherri Jones.
