Thomas "Tom" Esco Shipley

Thomas “Tom” Shipley, 84, of Russellville, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, October 16, 2019.  He was a member of Russellville United Methodist Church.  He served in the United States Navy as a 2nd Class Petty Officer and in the Air National Guard.  He retired from NCR and Morristown Housing Authority.  He also worked for Value Line Real Estate and Auction Company for 30 years.

He was preceded in death by parents Thomas Greeley and Agnes Long Shipley and wife, Barbara Shipley.

He is survived by his wife Janice Shipley; son, David Shipley and fiancee Mandy Lloyd ; grandchildren, Natalie (Anthony) Damico and expected great-grand child; brother, Frank (Ann) Shipley; as well as several nieces and nephews. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Russellville Baptist Church Building fund.  The family would like to extend special thanks to Dr. Horner and Dr. Rashmi, as well as their nurses and staff

Military honors and graveside services are planned for 11:00 am Friday, October 18, 2019 in Bethesda Cemetery.
