Tommy Rhea Fox

Tommy Rhea Fox, age 71, passed away at home Tuesday morning, May 29, 2018.  He was a member of First United Methodist Church.  Tom attended Hamblen County Schools and graduated from Carson Newman College and received his Master’s Degree from Union College.  He taught and coached for the Hamblen County School System. He also worked for Primerica, Bluegreen and Capital Resort.  

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Alice Amos Fox; brothers, Bill and Boyd Fox; sisters, Lula B. Fox, Dorothy Hazelwood, Selma Purgason and Wanda Sutton.

Survivors include his wife, Sue Masengill Fox and daughter, Allison Fox; brother, Edward Fox; sisters, Elsie Odom, Peggy Groff and Mary Walker; numerous nieces and nephews. 

A memorial table and register book will be available for persons wishing to pay their respects from 9am to 5pm, Monday June 4, 2018 through Wednesday, June 6, 2018 in the West Chapel of Allen Funeral Home.
