William Stephen Bailiff

William “Stephen” Bailiff, 69, went to be with the Lord March 19, 2018 at his home in Rutledge.  He worked as a Coal Miner, Electrician and Cowboy.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Riley and Ruby Bailiff and sister, Rosemary Slone.

Survivors include his wife, Dale Bailiff; children, Kay and her husband Michael Stacy; Tyler and his wife Leah Bailiff; grandchildren; Logan and his wife Megan Bailiff; Keaton Bailiff, Audra Stacy; great-granddaughter, Dawson Bailiff; brother, Dean and his wife Sandy Bailiff; Jody and his wife Lynne Bailiff; as well as several cousins, nieces, nephews, horses and Elvis.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 – 1:00 Thursday, March 22, 2018 in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home prior to the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Danny Georges officiating.  Interment will follow in Historic Bethesda Cemetery.
