Adrian "Lane" Fernandez

Adrian “Lane” Fernandez, 25, of Jefferson City, TN, passed away, unexpectedly, at his home, on June 12, 2022.  Lane was born May 15, 1997, in Crossville, TN.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Jennifer Fernandez. 

He is survived by his wife, Kylee Fernandez; son, Nolyn Fernandez; daughter, Emerson Fernandez; brother, Tyler (Felicia) Fernandez; father, Rudy (Renae) Fernandez; nephew, Rylan Fernandez; and mother and father-in-law, who loved him like a son, Randall “Bird” (Amanda) Osborne, Jr.  

The family will receive friends from 6-9 PM, Friday, June 17, 2022, in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held at Noon on Saturday, at Midtown Missionary Baptist in Russellville, TN with Reverend Ronald Winstead officiating. Interment will follow the funeral services in Osborne Family Cemetery, Bulls, Gap, TN.
