Anita (Manis) Reams

Anita Manis Reams, 66, went to be with the Lord Thursday, October 25, 2018 at her home in Mohawk. She was a longtime member of Fairview Baptist Church in Mohawk.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years Jimmy Reams; parents Johnny Larkin and Ella Maude Manis; and brother Billy Manis. 

Survivors include two sons, Rick Reams and Michael (Casey) Reams; grandchildren Anna, Ella, and Clayton Reams; sisters Shelby Jean Manis, Barbara (Doug) Arnold, Mary Ellen Brooks, Sharon (Don) Mallory, Brenda (Bob) Porter, and Carolyn Miano; brothers, J.L. (Kitty) Manis, James Manis, Darrell (Sherelene) Manis, Sammy (Suzanne) Manis; as well as several nieces and nephews.  

The family will receive friends from 4-7pm, Sunday, October 28, 2018 at Fairview Baptist Church in Mohawk, TN.  Funeral services will follow the visitation at 7pm, with Dan Armstrong and Rev. Travis Henderson officiating.  Interment will be 1pm, Monday, October 29, 2018 in Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery.
