Annie Bell Bowlin

Annie Bell Bowlin, 86, of Whitesburg, passed away Thursday, February 15, 2024. She was a faithful member of Walkers Missionary Baptist Church. Annie Bell was saved at an early age at Cedar Springs Missionary Baptist Church. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edmond and Laura Dalton; sisters, Mattie Atkins, Mollie Mallicoat, Lucy Winstead and Helen Lamb; and brothers, Landon, Kyle, Lillard and Louis Raymond Dalton; husbands Roy Hipshire and Rev. Wiley Eugene Bowlin. 

She is survived by her daughter, Kathy (Donnie) Russell; granddaughter, Shanda (Joe) Collins; sisters, Gladys Davidson of Thorn Hill, and Ruth Jarnigan of White Marsh, Maryland; as well as several nieces nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.  

The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM, Saturday, February 17, 2024, in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow the visitation at 7 PM with Rev. Travis Porterfield and Rev. Danny Trent officiating. Graveside Services will be held 11 AM Sunday, February 18th, in Davidson Family Cemetery, Thorn Hill, TN.
