Arthur Edward Watkins

Arthur Edward Watkins peacefully passed away in his home on December 4, 2024. He is survived by his wife, Julie Watkins; son, Ben Ruffner; daughter, Jessica (Josh) Brimer; granddaughters, Miranda and Elsa; sisters, Linda Jeffery, Marie Watkins, and Peggy (Marc) Davis; along with countless family and friends.

He was born and raised in the foothills in London, KY. After graduating high school, he moved to East Tennessee where he made his home. He cherished his career as a mechanical engineer and was known for his love of Disney, outdoors, and having an entertaining sense of humor.

Family, friends, and those who cherished him are invited to Allen Funeral Home, from 3-5PM on Monday, December 9, 2024, to reminisce the beautiful life of Art. A Celebration of Life service will follow at 5PM.
