Austin Tyler McMahan

Austin Tyler McMahan, 24, of Morristown, passed away Sunday, October 17, 2021, at Morristown Hamblen Healthcare System.  He was employed as a welder for OshKosh.  He loved the outdoors; especially fishing and was an avid Tennessee Vol fan.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Josh McMahan and Tiffany Johnson.   

He is survived by his wife, Danna Jaune McMahan; brothers, Chase McMahan and Terrell Williams; sisters, Madison McMahan, and Kyra Williams; grandfather, Rufus Johnson; great-grandmothers, Ruby McMahan and Diana Johnson; mother-in-law, Judy Grooms; grandmother-in-aw, Judy Catron; brothers-in-law, Adam Snyder and Darren Grooms; sister-in-law, Dedra Ray; aunts, Lindsey McMahan and Haley Justice; uncle, Michael Leming and several nieces, nephews and cousins and a host of friends.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 pm Thursday, October 21, 2021, in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home prior to the service at 7:00 with Reverend Hoye Brooks officiating.  Graveside services are planned for 11:00 am Friday, October 22, 2021, in Emma Jarnagin Cemetery.  The family requests all those in attendance wear facial coverings.
