Barbara Jeannette (Salyer) Legg

Barbara (Salyer) Legg, went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 9, 2024.  She was a member of Greene’s Chapel Church.  

She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Eugene Salyer; daughters, Kelly Legg, Stephanie Legg and granddaughter, Shandi Burton.

Survivors include her mother, Phyllis A. Williams; children, Jolie (Michael) Lemka, Stephan (Jessica) Legg; grandchildren, Brandi, Dakota, Haley, Jeffrey, Brandon, Chase, Kylee, Madison, Elijah and Braxton; great-grandchild, Sophia; sisters, Diantha (Paul) Weber, Tammy (Andrew) Husser, Hope Scales; brothers, John Wesley (Lauren) Williams and Ralph (Barbara) Williams; special friend, Rhonda Painter; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 14, 2024, in Creech’s Chapel Cemetery in Whitesburg with Reverend Curtis Seal officiating.  Procession to the cemetery will start at 12:00 pm from Allen Funeral Home. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the funeral home for funeral expenses. 

 Allen Funeral Home, Morristown, is in charge of arrangements.
