Bennie Sue (Murrell) Melton

Bennie Sue Melton, 79, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, May 12, 2022, at her home.  She was a beautician by trade and owned and operated  Bennie’s Beauty Shop from her home.  She loved spending time with her nieces and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gaither and Eva Murrell; sister, Agnes Murrell; one brother; nephew, Chip Murrell and niece, Sonja Murrell.

Survivors include her husband, James “Jim” Melton; nieces, Misty Russell, Angelica Murrell, Summer Tritt, and Laura Morgan Murrell, as well as many great nieces, nephews, and many special friends.

Entombment services are planned for 12:00 pm Monday, May 16, 2022, in the Mausoleum of  Hamblen Memory Gardens, 5421 East Andrew Johnson Hwy; Morristown, Tn.  37814.
