Betty "Imogene" (Collins) Mason

Betty “Imogene” Mason, 86, passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2020.  She was a member of First Baptist Church in Morristown.  She started Mason Machinings Inc., alongside her late husband, in 1964 and was active in its operation until her passing.  She was a lifelong Vol fan and loved to golf and quilt.  She loved to travel and spend time in the great outdoors.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Leslie Frank Mason; 7 sisters and 3 brothers.  

She is survived by her three children, Beverly(Rick) Mason-Fishburn; Aaron “Xan” (Donna) Mason; Zachary Wayne (Lois “Mary”) Mason; grandchildren, Jeremy Neal (Diane) Fishburn, Stephanie Lynn Mason, Mason Edward (Brooke) Fishburn, Leslie Erin Mason, Lauren Ashley Mason; six great-grandchildren; sister, Clara Madsen; and a brother, Allen Collins; as well as several nieces and nephews.  

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Kingswood School; 120 Wachtel Road; Bean Station, Tn.  37708.

A private ceremony is planned in the  Hamblen Memory Gardens Mausoleum.  People may pay their respects at their convenience at Hamblen Memory Gardens or online at a later date.
