Claude "Rod" S. Wilder, Jr.

Claude S. “Rod” Wilder, Jr., 79,went to be with the Lord Saturday, April 6, 2024. Rod enjoyed gardening, fishing, and being around his nieces, nephews, and extended family.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Sue Moore Wilder; parents, Claude S. and Hazel Wilder; six sisters and three brothers; and special friend, Jo Rich.

Rod is survived by his sisters, Wanda (Bill, deceased) Martin; Robin (Danny R.) Hurst, all of Morristown; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. He is also survived by Jo’s sons, Dana Rich, David Rich, Roy Dale Rich, Doug Rich, and their extended families. 

Graveside services for Rod will be held at 11 AM on Saturday April 13, 2024, in Historic Bethesda Cemetery.
