Debra Diane “Debby” (Dean) Collins

Debra Diane “Debby” Collins, 62, of Bulls Gap, TN, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her friends and family on Tuesday, April 19, 2022. Debby was a good friend, a caring sister, loving mother, devoted daughter, and doting grandmother.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Nancy Dean and grandson, Tyler Shaver.  

She is survived by her brothers, Bobby and David Dean; children, Nikki (Shaun) Russell, Kenny Hancock, and Chris (Emily) Hancock; grandchildren, Nathan Turner, Cadie Russell, Zayleigh, Annaleigh and Elodie Hancock; and niece, Jackie (Landon) Darnell.  

The family would like to thank Smokey Mountain Home Health & Hospice, of Greeneville, for all their care and support.  

Visitation will be held 5-7 PM, Friday, April 22, 2022, in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will follow the visitation with Chaplain Steve Blanchard officiating.  Interment will be held 1 PM, Saturday, April 23, at Fairview Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery in Afton, TN.
