Words from your family:

Thank you mom.  I admire you for the dedication and love you have put into being the most wonderful mother.  Oh, don’t forget time to being the first born and came with not instruction manual or a road map.  You had to learn along the way.  Mom, you taught me so much in live that only a mother can.  I am beyond blessed to call you mom.  The times we have laughed, the memories we shared I will cherish.  I am heartbroken and sad you had to leave so soon, you gave your all; no matter how hard or how much pain.  Today, pain is no more, you gained your wings.  So mom, go fly like the angel you are.  I love you mom and I will forever miss you.

Shelia

Mom, I would like to say I am going to miss you more than anything and I love you more than anything.  Mom I have so much to thank you for the most important thing I can think of is you raising me in church and telling me why Jesus died on the cross.  I know you are with Jesus now and will never hurt again.  I also want to thank you for all the hard times you went thru raising all of us.  I know it was very hard on you but you managed somehow and I want to thank you.   I want to say there are so many memories to talk about that it would take a lifetime for me to write about.   So for the short time I have to write, I want to say I will miss you more than words can say.  I Love You with all my heart and I promise I will see you again someday until my time comes remember I Love You and tell Dad we miss both of you.   Love Always and Forever your son,

 Michael R. Boyd

My precious mom was one of the most valuable women that God created.  I know that no one will ever love me like she did.  When I was a child, mom wiped my nose and watched over me.  As an adult, there wasn’t a day that went by she didn’t pray for me and hold me in her arms and tell me she loved me.  I know she and dad are rejoicing in heaven.  When it it’s my time to go, we will all rejoice together again.

P.S.   Save a spot for me.

Tony & Cody

Mom, I cried endlessly when you died.  In tears, we saw you sinking.  We watched you fade away.  You faced your task with courage.  You still kept on fighting until the end.  My sweet precious mom, what will I do without you?  My life will never be the same.  You taught me how to love; the list is endless.  I hope one day I can be as strong and courageous as you.  My heart is crushed and I am deeply broken.  I know you had to leave to see a better place.  I can only find my strength in memories we shared.  Until we meet again, please be my guardian angel.  Be with me always.  Fly high my angel.  I love you.

Tina

Mom, they say angels come to you to help you along the way.  Mine came thirty-two years ago and I call her “My Mom”.  Proverbs 31:25 says “She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.”  The strength that you have shown even when your heart felt numb, you go from day to day with a smile because you just had to pray awhile.  Your prayers never go unspoken because for me, I know they were spoken.  You almost lost me when I was little but your faith never became brittle.  You watched me grow, knowing I would have to make my own way.  Your love for me never swayed.  You taught me right from wrong and that things of this world won’t last you long.  As this letter comes to an end, your baby girl I’ll always be and I hope you know how much you mean to me.  I love you mom!
