Eula Faye Onbey

Eula “Faye” Goodman Onbey, 82, went to be with the Lord Saturday, September 10, 2022, at her home in Russellville after a long battle with cancer.  She attended Temple Baptist Church.  Faye enjoyed gardening, and loved working in her flowers. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Ella Henson; one brother Ernie “Buddy” Henson; and half brothers Paul, Gene, Billy Joe, and Alfred Lowe.

Survivors include her husband of 45 years, William “Bill” Onbey; daughter Tami Goodman (James) Dearing; grandson Michael Fye; great granddaughter Ava Fye; half sister Louise Davis; several nieces and nephews; and special neighbor Timmy Shepard.

Graveside services will be 2:30 pm Tuesday, September 13, in Hamblen Memory Gardens, with Rev. Mike Taylor officiating.  Allen Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
