Eunice (Osborne) Wheatley

Eunice Wheatley, 77, of Russellville, went to be with the Lord, July 6, 2023, at her home, surrounded by her family.  She was known as “Mom” to everyone.  

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Wheatley; sons, Robert Hillman, Gary Hillman, Michael Tipton, and Donald “Lance” Wheatley; parents, George and Kathleen Osborne; sister, Bessie Osborne; brothers, Lemuel Osborne and Patrick “P.J.” Osborne.

Eunice is survived by her children, Richard Hillman (Reba), Charles Hillman, Lynn Wheatley, Jimmy (LaRhonda) Wheatley, Aaron Wheatley, and Patricia Robin Tipton; brother, Auburn “Orbie” Osborne; sisters, Nina Begley (Ted), Barbara Musick (Phillip), Kitty Childress, and Debbie Rogers; daughter-in-law, Sheila Hillman; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday, July 10, 2023, in the East Chapel of  Allen Funeral Home prior to the funeral service at 8:00 pm with Reverends Curtis Webber and Travis Beasley officiating.  Graveside services  will be 11am Tuesday, July 11, 2023, in Historic Bethesda Cemetery.
