Frances Kay Noe

Frances “Kay” Noe, 74, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was a long-time member and Sunday school teacher at Landmark Church of God. Children were a major part of Kay’s life, she also taught Sunday school at Jefferson City Church of God. Kay retired from Morristown Dry Goods.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Oncology Unit at Morristown Hamblen Healthcare System and a special mention to a dear friend, Shirley Kitts.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Ethel Gordon; sisters, Dianne McDaniel, Linda Atterberry, Debbie Gordon, and Faye Felknor; brother, Steve Gordon; and nephew, Michael Hill.

Kay is survived by her husband of 57 years, Jerry Noe; daughter, Jennifer (Charles) Cook; son, Matthew Noe; beloved grandsons, Zack, Isaac, and Noah, nephew, Jason Felknor; nieces, Andrea Stroud and Stephanie Gordon; sister-in-law, Donna Noe; as well as a lifetime of friends.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM, on Friday, June 13, 2025, at Landmark Church of God. Funeral Services will follow at 7 PM. Graveside services will be held at 11 AM, on Saturday, June 14, 2025, in Historic Bethesda Cemetery.
