Grant A. Helton

Grant A. Helton, (83), of Morristown, went to be with his Heavenly Father on October 15, 2023, at home.  He was the owner of Red Top Cab for 31 years.  

He was preceded in death by his parents, Myrtle Ruth Russell and William Jefferson Helton; brothers, Reaford and Walter Helton; sisters, Margaret Horner, Mary Acuff and Christeen Worley.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Linda D. Helton; daughters, Tina (Billy) Jarnagin and Tonia (Ward) Phillips; grandchildren, Tosha, Talia, Tember and Tebow; and many nieces and nephews.

The Family will receive friends from 5 to 7pm, Wednesday, October 18, 2023, in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home.  Funeral services will follow the visitation at 7pm, with Reverend Terry Greene officiating.  Interment will be 11am on Thursday, October 19, 2023, in Historic Bethesda Cemetery.
