Grover "Steve" Steven Holt

Grover Steven “Steve” Holt, 45, passed away on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville after a lingering illness. He was a member of Noeton Baptist Church. Steve was an artist, loved working on cars, listening to all music, spending time in the outdoors and fishing. Most of all, he absolutely adored his nieces and nephews. Steve was kind to all and was known as a “giver”.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert J. and Madeline Holt and Carroll Galloway and Pearl Eleam.

Steve is survived by his wife Dora; parents, Grover and Elaine Holt; sisters, Melissa Holt, Leslie (Travis) Agee; nieces and nephews, Dylan (Mickaela) Bibbins, T. J. Agee, and  Emily (Peyton) Seals; great-nieces and nephews, Elaina, Haven and Jaxson; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 7:00 PM Friday, November 7, 2025, in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home prior to the service at 7:00 pm with Reverends Jerry Sexton and Larry Atkins officiating.  Graveside services are planned for  2:30 PM Saturday, November 8, 2025, in Noeton Church Cemetery in Grainger County.
