Heidi Anna Winstead

Heidi Anna Winstead, 55, born May 17, 1968, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2024. Heidi passed from this life to a home not built with hands, that Jesus went away to prepare for her. She was a loving mother and daughter. Heidi left a testimony that she was ready to go to Heaven. She wrote gospel songs such as The Names of God and many others. She loved to play the keyboard, sing, and her job seeing people at the Burger King window. She was a cat lady that loved her baby. 

Heidi is preceded in death by her mother, Rosemarie Grace and her sister, Sarah Purkey.

She is survived by her daughter, Magen Purkey; stepson, Wesley Purkey; stepdaughters, Sissy Purkey and Jenny Purkey; father and stepmother, Chip and Brenda Winstead; sister, Roseanna Grace; brothers, Josiah Grace, Joshua Winstead, Caleb (Stacie) Winstead, and Kenneth (Candy) Winstead; stepsister, Andrea (Tim) Long; stepbrothers, Robert (Julie) Snyder, Micah Snyder, and Branden (Kristen) Snyder; and several other nieces and nephews. 

A memorial service will be held 7 PM on Friday, March 22, 2024, at Fairview Bible Baptist Church in Morristown.
