Jack “The Antique Cowboy” Douglas Wolfe, 84, of Morristown, passed away Thursday, January 4, 2024, at the Serenity House in Morristown. He retired from American Enka/BASF. He volunteered for the Boys and Girls Club and participated at Mountain Makins’ as an Equestrian. Jack was a veteran of the United States Army. He loved horses and farming. He was a 50+ year member of Hamblen Lodge #767 F & AM.
Jack was preceded in death by his wife of over 30 years, Sharon R. Wolfe; parents, Mack and Jama Wolfe; sisters, Imogene Shirley, Emma Dean Medlin, Marie Smith, Maxine Ingram, Nell Adams and Barbara Barnaby; brothers, Kenneth Wolfe and Estel Wolfe.
He is survived by his children, Tina (Wade) Littleton, Gala (Danny) Minor, and Scott Wolfe (Caregiver); grandchildren, Paige Lewis, Dr. Daniel (Laura) Littleton, Nathaniel Littleton, Lance Abbott, and Makayla Littleton; greatgrandchildren, Nash, Sawyer, Zoey, and Paisley; brother, Curtis Wolfe and special sister-in-law, Violet Wolfe, several nieces, nephews, and cousins; very special friend, Ann Graham. Jack was dearly loved by his family and will be greatly missed.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 6, 2024, in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. Military honors and interment will follow in Noe’s Chapel Cemetery, Morristown, TN.
