James Guy Walker

James Guy Walker passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at the McLaren Hospital in Port Huron, Michigan.  He was born October 13, 1933, in Jefferson County, Tennessee.  

James was a faithful member of the Blue Water Church of Nazarene. He loved watching old westerns and listening to the music channel. Family functions and Holidays were always the happiest times for him.  

James was preceded in death by his wife, Nora Jane; parents, Mary and Willie; son, Timothy; daughter in law, Laura; grandson, A.J. Graham; and siblings, A.J., Bernice Lee, Bertha, Willia Mae, and Frank.  

James is survived by his children, James (Deborah), Delores, Pam (Carl) Solgot, and Steve; a number of grandchildren; great grandchildren; great great grandchildren; his sister, Mary Joe; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.  

The family will receive friends from 12-1PM on Thursday, October 24, 2024, in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 1PM.
