Janice (Parrish) Davis

Janice (Parrish) Davis, 76, of Johnson City, TN, formerly of Whitesburg, TN, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 10, 2024, after a sudden illness. She was a member of Fairfield Baptist Church in Morristown. Her family meant everything to her, and she will be deeply missed by them.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Georgia Parrish, and sister, Ellen Kathleen Parrish Burton.

Janice is survived by her husband, Larry J. Davis; daughter, Laurie Davis-Seals and husband Richard Seals; son, Robbie Davis and husband Ritchie Roark; grandsons, Jacob (Rachel) Seals and Caleb Seals; sister, Patricia Ward; Brother, Darryl Parrish; sister-in-law, Charlotte Cradic; brother-in-law, Roy Kilgore; as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Johnson City Medical Center and Washington County EMT’s for all their care and support.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.

The family will receive friends from 1PM - 3PM on Sunday, October 13, 2024, in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 11AM on Monday, October 14, 2024, at Hamblen Memory Gardens, with Rev. Dannie Bell officiating.
