Jean Ann Rhodes Bell, 94, of Morristown, Tennessee, died peacefully at home August 5, 2025.
A lifelong resident, she belonged to Economy Methodist Church and the Morristown Women’s Reading Circle.
Jean Ann and her late husband, William Preston “WP” Bell, ran their dairy farm in the Springvale Community of Hamblen County. She kept the operation on track with steady meals, a spotless house, and a yard that was always precisely landscaped. She and WP never missed a chance to square-dance in local and regional contests, play bridge with friends, or organize a perfectly planned gathering for birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays.
She was preceded in death by WP; their son, William Timothy “Tim” Bell; and an infant daughter, Susan Bell.
Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Becky Bell Rehorn (Hal); grandchildren, Robert (Camryn) Bell and Rachael (Akeen) Anthony, whom she loved like her own children; and three great-grandchildren, Asher, Paisley, and Adah.
Allen Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
