Jerry Bowlin Pratt-Long

Jerry Lynn Pratt Long, 72, of Rogersville, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, March 21, 2020 at Morristown Hamblen Healthcare System after a brief illness. Jerry was a devout Christian, loving mother, grandmother and a friend to many.  She was of the Baptist faith and a longtime member of Morningside Baptist Church of Morristown.  She retired from Hamblen County Schools and enjoyed attending country and gospel music venues.  She was preceded in death by her parents Mr. and Mrs. Grant Bowlin; several brothers and sisters and her loving husband, Donnie Pratt.

She is survived by her husband, R. J. Long; son, Donald (Carolyn) Pratt, Jr. of Bean Station; daughter, Mitzi (Rodney) Riddlebarger; granddaughters, Katie Pratt, Samantha Morrow, Sabrina Bauer and six great-grandchildren.

Graveside services are planned for 2:00pm Wednesday, March 25, 2020 in Hamblen Memory Gardens with Pastors Kenny Boling and Frank Allen officiating.
