Joe Bill Warner Jr.

Joe Bill Warner Jr, age 71, of Rutledge, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 15, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family and friends. 

Joe was a proud East Tennessee Valley man, a devoted husband, friend, and father to many. He is survived by his wife, Sheri Warner; son, Bradley Warner; stepdaughter, Tasha Gray; stepsons, Seth Shanks (Emme Shanks), and Ryan Shanks. 

Joe will be remembered as a man who never met a stranger and who was always willing to lend a helping hand. Whether sharing stories, offering advice, or simply spending time with those he cared about, he made people feel welcomed. His strength of character, generous spirit, and love for his family created a legacy that will endure for generations. Joe’s life was a blessing, his memory a treasure, and he will be deeply missed and forever loved. 

A celebration of life will be held at the Families home at 2 PM on Saturday, June 20, 2026, located at 1582 Card Nal Cove, Rutledge, TN 37861.
