John Wayne Painter

John Wayne Painter, 58, of Morristown, went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 4, 2023, at his residence. He was a beloved father, brother, and son. 

He was preceded in death by his father, John Eugene Painter.

He is survived by his mother, Freda Reece; brothers, Ritchie and Michael Painter; daughter, Sarah Painter; son, Curtis (Samantha) Painter; granddaughters, Hannah Grace Painter and Kambree Kate Stepp; step-grandchildren, Luke and Julie Lipe; as well as several other nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.

He was taken away so suddenly, leaving a void. You will not be forgotten. 

Graveside service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, December 11th, 2023, in Reece Cemetery, on Tower Road in Tazewell, TN.
