John Alan “Red” Reynolds, 70, of Bean Station TN, passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2024. “Red,” as his friends called him, worked in the brick masonry industry for 30+ years all over the East Tennessee Region. In his retirement years, he got a new nickname, “Papaw” from his favorite girl, Gracie.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Melinda Reynolds and parents, John L Reynolds and Bessie Reynolds DeLeonardo.
He is survived by daughter, Paige Allyn Reynolds; the light of his life, grand-daughter, Gracie Reynolds; and his son, Donald “DJ” Wilder (Tesla).
He also leaves behind many loved ones; his sister, Susie Johnson (Gary); niece, Lyndsey Johnson Logan (Steve); and great nieces, Caroline and Camdyn Logan as well as extended family and many lifelong friends.
The family will receive friends from 5 – 6 PM, Friday, March 8, 2024, in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will follow the visitation at 6 PM with Pastor Will Lawless officiating.
