Joyce (Campbell) Barnett

Joyce Campbell Barnett, age 82, of Bulls Gap, passed away at Friends of Hospice Serenity House, on Sunday, June 15, 2025. She was a member of Bulls Gap Baptist Church.

Joyce is preceded in death by her parents, Williams Harold Campbell and Pauline Campbell, and her sister, Nancy Matthews.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Guy Barnett; children, Todd and Holly Barnett and Josh and Melissa Carmack; grandsons, that always brought a smile, Daniel Barnett and Elijah Carmack; siblings, Charles Campbell, Jim Campbell, and Mary Ruth Galloway; brother-in-law and his wife, Johnny and Beverly Barnett; special friends, Michael and Karen Gordon; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family wishes to give a special thank you to Amedisys Hospice (Sarah and Leah) and all the staff at Serenity House.

Graveside services will be held at 11 AM, on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, in Hamblen Memory Gardens, with Rev. Ira Ginn officiating.
