Judy Marie Shatzer

Judy Marie Shatzer, 76, of Morristown, passed away peacefully, Friday, August 20, 2021, at home surrounded by family and friends. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ned G. Shatzer, son, Jimmy Wayne Taylor, Jr.; parents, son-in-law, siblings, Polly and Danny; and her first husband, Jimmy Wayne Taylor. 

She is survived by her beloved companion, Roger Shockley; son, William “Bill” (Peggy) Shatzer; daughters, Debra D. (Sean Sheler) Taylor; Mary S. (Jeff) Harper; Glynis Wagner; Virginia “Jenny” (Sean) Drinnon; grandchildren, Mike Taylor, Matthew Taylor, Kimberly Haynes, Matthew (Brooke) Mitchell, Meghan (Rachal) Mitchell; Blair Bosserman, Clara (Akshay Ramesh), Michelle McNabb, Skyler McNabb, Brayden Drinnon, Saejil Parsons; great grandchildren, Miah Pforr, Patrick McCafferty, Clarissa Bosserman, Lincoln and Finnley Harper, and Aspen Winter Parsons; sisters, Charlene Thomas and Betty McCloskey; soul sister, Cheryl McLeash; as well as too many special friends and loved ones to list.  

A memorial service will be held at 6 PM, Thursday, August 26, 2021, in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home with Reverend Brandon J. Moore officiating.  The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 6 PM, prior to the service.  Due to the rise in COVID cases, those in attendance are asked to wear facial coverings and practice social distancing.
