Kathleen Ann "Kathy" Wooley

Kathleen A. Wooley, 73, of Morristown, peacefully entered her eternal heavenly home on December 28, 2021.  She was a long-time member of First United Methodist Church.  She was preceded in death by her husband Joe Wooley; parents, Elmer Jaisen and Anna Machinske, and her sister, Delane Shivers.

She is survived by her brother, Keith (Carolyn) Machinske; brother-in-law, John (Roseann) Wooley of Jacksonville, NC; stepdaughters, Elizabeth Keiffer and Susan Turner; several cousins, host of nieces and nephews and, last but not least, her beloved companion, her dog Tobiah.  She will be deeply missed by family and her many cherished friends.

During her lifetime, Kathy had many interests and was involved with numerous activities and projects. She loved doing anything that would benefit others.  However, her greatest love was for the Lord.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 am Saturday, January 29, 2022, at First United Methodist Church of Morristown.  A celebration of her life will follow at 11:00 with Reverends Walter Weikel and Asa Majors officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to First United Methodist Church, 101 E. First North Street; Morristown, TN. 37814.
