 GRAVESIDE SERVICES ARE PLANNED FOR 11:00 AM, WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2025

Precious little angel, Lainey Tate Giles, beloved infant daughter of Alyson Collier and Trevor Giles of Talbott, born on October 23, 2025, gained her wings and went to be with our Lord on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. She passed peacefully in the arms of her parents. During Lainey’s short time here, she touched many lives and was loved so deeply by family and friends. She holds a special place in the hearts of her parents, siblings, and family.

Lainey is preceded in death by her grandfather, Scott Collier of Morristown; great-grandparents, Shirley Massengill of Talbott, Pansy Giza of Morristown, Echol Adams of Big Stone Gap, VA, and Gene and Mary Giles of Big Stone Gap, VA.

In addition to her parents, Lainey is survived by her big brothers, Zayden Walker and Jayce Giles; big sister, Zayleigh Giles; grandparents, Jamie (Jason) Young, Connie Kilgore, and Jody Giles; great grandparents, Robbie Massengill; Aunt, Jennifer (Thomas) Peak; Uncle, Tanner Kilgore; and numerous cousins, relatives, and friends who loved her deeply.

The family would like to send a very special thank you to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Monroe Carell Jr. Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital and East TN Children’s Hospital for taking such good care of Lainey and her parents.
