Lochiel K. Garretson, 76, of Morristown, went to be with the Lord at her home Friday, January 31, 2020. She was born August 14, 1943 and was a member of the Country Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; Dewey ad Mary A. Livesay; son, Ray Neely McElroy; step-grandson, Zeth Garretson; step great-grandson, Brentley Bullington; 9 brothers, Jess, William, Calvin, Robert, Charles, Luther, Carl, Albert and Homer Livesay and daughter-in-law, Vickie McElroy.
She is survived by her husband, Billy Dean Garretson; daughter, Rhonda (Ronald) Williams; son, Gregory (Pat) McElroy; grandchildren, Jessica (Nick) Hodge, Joshua Williams, Tricia Williams (Ralph), Jamie (Lauren) McElroy, Mackenzie, Antwaun and Aidan McElroy; great-grandchildren, Haley Hodge, Lilly Middleton, Gabby and Kiersten Williams; step-children, Chris Garretson (Donna), Westley (Pam) Garretson and Kaella Reed (David); step-grandchildren; Blake, Zak and T.T. Garretson, Lance, Kadron and Brooklyn Bullington, Ethridge and Alexis Reed, Chad and Chayme Garretson; step-great-grandchildren, Zayden, Zeelynd, Zander and Kambree Garretson, Allyson Houchins, Aliah Garretson and Briella Bullington; special niece and nephew, Judy Jackman and Wayne (Brenda) Livesay and many more nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 prior to the service. Funeral services are planned for 8:00 pm Monday, February 3, 2020 in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home with Reverend Allen Black officiating. Graveside services are planned for 1:00 pm Tuesday, February 4, 2020 in Historic Bethesda Cemetery.
