Lois Paige Remis

Lois P. Remis, 69, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at her home in Morristown, surrounded by her loving family. She was a floral designer, business owner, and was known locally as an avid quilter. Lois quilted many quilts for Quilts of Valor. She attended Peace Free-Will Baptist church and cherished her church family. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Laura Paige.

Survivors include her daughter, Vicki Hubert; three granddaughters, Ashley Hubert, Amber (Brody) Weidman, and Autumn Hubert; great-grandchildren, Landon Meisner and Bjorn Weidman; sisters, Sheilah (Ray) Strobel, Gaylene (David) Fairchild, Sybil (Lyle) Regan; as well as several nieces and nephews; her beloved Toby; and many special friends.

The family will receive friends from 12:00-2:00 pm, Saturday, December 9, 2023, at Peace Free Will Baptist Church prior to the funeral service at 2:00 pm with Reverends Chris Dotson, Sonny Thomas, and Bill Houk officiating.
