Mary Lou Oler

Mary Lou Oler, 83, of Morristown, passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2023, peacefully at her home.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Reverend Franklin Oler; son, SFC Randall R. Oler; parents, Linc and Lillian Whitaker; and brother, Jerry Whitaker.

Mary is survived by son, Rick Oler; grandchildren, Ryan (Lana) Oler, Andrew (Michelle) Oler, Zachary (Catherine) Oler, Kelsey (Michael) Dolan, and Katie Oler; great-grandchildren, Laken Dolan, Brilyn Dolan, Peyton Dolan, Aubrey Oler, James Oler, Duke Oler, and Augusta Oler; Sister, Sue Ogle; as well as several nieces and nephews.

The Oler family would especially like to thank several exceptional caregivers and friends for their incredible care and love to Mr. and Mrs. Oler: Beth Crockett, Courtney Johns, Brittany Seals, Sara Johnson, and Jason Bloomdahl.

Graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, December 29, 2023, in Emma Jarnagin Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in memory of Mary to a charity of one’s choice.
