Mary Nell Rines

Mary Nell Rines, age 88, of Morristown, passed away on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at her home. She was of the Baptist faith. Mary Nell loved the outdoors, especially gardening and work with her flowers.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Charlie Luther Emmett Rines; sons, Michael and Emmett Eugene Rines; and parents, Neil and Edna Mae Johnson Long.

Survivors include her daughter, Vicky (Russ) Knight, and grandchildren, Hailey and Brandon Knight, and Amanda Blair. 

Family and friends will meet in Hamblen Memory Gardens on Monday, February 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. for a graveside service.
