Nancy Korinne Neblett Seal, born August 4, 1954, died Sunday, September 7, 2025. Nancy had a career in the field of domestic violence for 35 years, of which she was most proud. After major health issues, she retired and answered phones for Central Services. She used to joke that she was born with a phone in her hand. She hopes you smile or laugh at the sentiment on her urn. The purple color represents the color for domestic violence, and the sentiment is to ‘always leave them laughing’. Nancy was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints since May 1975. She had a sure testimony of the church. She loved her many teaching callings over the years, but her favorite was Primary.
She is preceded in death by parents, Robert and Charlotte Neblett and husband, Walton Oden Seal.
Nancy is survived by her brother, William V. “Bill” Neblett; uncle, William Hurst of Alexandria, VA; children, Jeremy (Mary) Seal and Joshua (Jessi) Seal; granddaughter, Telisa (C.J.) Johnson; grandson, Traynor Seal; brother-in-law, Terry Seal; sister-in-law, Jeanette Robertson of Alexandria, VA; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held from 6 – 8 PM, on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, with Bishop Gabriel Dauphin officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Friends of Hospice – Serenity House.
