Olsie Gregory Susong

Olsie “Greg” Susong, 75, of Russellville, passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at Greeneville Community Hospital East after a brief illness.  He was retired from Whitesburg Elementary School after serving as custodian for many years.  He was a lifelong farmer and was passionate about photography.

Greg was preceded in death by O.W. and Nellie Gregory Susong; special aunt, Dorothy Gregory; special friend, Nancy Long Hopson.

He is survived by many extended family members and special friend, Angie Hopson. 

The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 pm Friday, August 23, 2024, in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home.  Graveside services will be 11:00 am Saturday, August 24, 2024, in Catherine Nenney Cemetery.
