Patricia Ann (Hayes) Kesterson

Patricia Ann Kesterson, age 73, of Morristown, passed away Thursday, November 9, 2023, at Erwin Healthcare.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Kesterson; son Charles William Kesterson; twin daughters Norma and Patricia Kesterson; great grandsons Jace and Josh Long; and parents Mayford and Katherine Hayes.

Patricia is survived by her children, Michael (Candi) Kesterson of Whitesburg, Roy Kesterson of Talbott, Mellisia (Steve) Disanto of Talbott, Robbie (Diane) Kesterson of Pineville, KY, Peggy (Joey) Ailes of IN, and Eric Kesterson of Morristown.  She had several children she adopted: Dustin (Crystal) of Jefferson City, Ashley Kesterson, Derrick Kesterson, Tiffany Kesterson, Tyler Kesterson, and Stacey Kesterson.  Also surviving are her siblings, Jeanie (Hiram) Price, Dale (Donna) Hayes, James (Maxine) Hayes, Rodger (Mitzi) Hayes and Lonnie (Linda) Hayes; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Sunday, November 12, 2023, in the east chapel of Allen Funeral Home.  The funeral service will be1 pm Monday, November 13 at the funeral home, with Rev. Robert D. Hayes officiating.  Interment will follow the service in Phillipi Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
