Patsy L. Hunt

Patsy L. Hunt, 83, went to be with the Lord peacefully Thursday, May 27, 2021, at her home in Morristown.  She was a member of First Baptist Church of Tellico Plains and attended Trinity United Methodist Church for 40 years.  She worked as a seamstress in the furniture industry for many years.  She loved her entire family and friends and always provided for them like they were her children.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Frank L. Hunt; parents, Ernest and Paueline Plemons; one sister, and one brother, Dixie Hooper and Robert (Peno) Plemons.

She is survived by her brother, Ernest (Doris) Plemons, Jr.; special family Pam (Gunter) Tillmann, John H. Watson, Jason R. (Lisa) Watson, Amy (Matt) Hughes, Holton Goan, Nevaeh, Juliann and Emberly Hughes as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 7:00 pm Wednesday, June 2, 2021, in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home prior to the funeral service at 7:00 with Reverend Mike Cutshaw officiating.  Graveside services are planned for 11:00 am Thursday, June 3, 2021, in New Providence Cemetery in Tellico Plains, TN.
